## Honors Algebra 2

The goal of Algebra 2 is to build off the concepts taught in Algebra 1 and Geometry and to give students the foundation to be successful in future college level math courses. Students will get an introduction to the world of probability and statistics as well as expand their knowledge of functions; adding exponential, logarithmic, and rational functions to their repertoire. Throughout the course, students will make connections between algebra and real world situations. The curriculum is the same as Algebra 2; however, the honors class will include more in-depth problems and will move at a faster pace.

## Grading Criteria
